1. Prepare the drawing path
  • Bitmaps, JPG, PNG etc
  • Coreldraw
  • DWG, DXF
  • Sldprt, Ipt, Sat
  • 3dm
  • IGES
  • STL
2. Create toolpath from drawings
  • Using CAM software : Mastercam, UG, Delcam Powermill, Artcam (You can get tutorial here : Mastercam X5)
  • Using Vectric Cut3d, Ucancam, Simplycam 
3. Manage Toolpath and Cutting parameters
  • Manage Feedrate, RPM, Depth of cut
4. Generate G Code
  • Choose  maching post processor with CNC panel

B. Swicth ON CNC Panel

1. Swicth ON the Power Button
2. Realease Emergency Stop Button (E stop)
3. Call machine origin (X, Y, Z Zero return)

C. Setting Workpiece Zero Point

1. Put the center of tools to the X0, Y0
2. Touch the end of tools to the Z0

D. Open G Code

 1. Select the G Code refer to the job
